Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Costochondritis. But it is better to have an ECG and Chest X ray if needed to rule out cardiac cause of it to be on safe side. For Costochondritis i treat my patients with anti inflammatory gels of Nimusulide or Diclofenac for local application.I advise the oral tablet for those who have severe pain also.If not relieving by this i advise local injection of Corticosteroid or anesthetics.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
