im a 19 year old college student, 5 9, 120 lbs (underweight). about a month ago i had an attack of sorts. my left side felt like it was going numb, and my heart fealt like it stopped and then rushed back in with a warm sensation. felt this sensation in everything on the left side of my body below the neck. went to the ER, doctors decided i had symptoms resembling a PVC so i went home because they told me it would go away. about a month later i went again because i was feeling the same sensation of numbness but this time on the left side of my face, body was fine and no heart issue. went to the ER again, they acknowledged something was wrong but no need to be in the ER so i was sent home. Since coming back home from college, Ive been to a neurologist, ENT specialist, ophthalmologist, dentist (wisdom teeth on the right side extracted two days ago)...MRI, CT, blood tests were clean, but after the MRI i started having random points of 2-3 second pains in head, mostly on the left side. neurologist is convinced it is a sinus cyst, but I am concerned it could be something worse like MS..i have also been recommended an infectious disease specialist to test for lyme disease as i go to school in the northeast US, but i do not recall any bites or rashes. symptoms as i type this include slight numbness in my left side, split second point of pain on the left side of my head (never been constant) and a slight numbness from my jaw to my neck. i am extremley worried because this has been going on 2 months now.
