What Causes Numbness In The Knee After Hysterectomy?

I had a complete hysterectomy in 2006, (endometriosis and adenomyosis) after the surgery the inner side of my right knee was numb, the doctor said that she may have nicked a nerve. Over the years the pain and numbness has spread to the front of my right thigh, I want to exercise and walk and my body can do it but my right leg gives out, it feels like there is a mass inside my thigh pushing from the inside out.

Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

Numbness could be from nerve damage during surgery. You can do exercise regularly. Because of loss of sensation its difficult to move right leg.
Physiotherapy might help.
