plz take him to a physician for complete check up.his symptoms cud b bcoz of new sedentary job but cud also bof stroke.he cud b having high Bp or any kidney/heart disorder too.he is overweight which is adding to his problem.for pain analgesic like combiflam may b taken but it is temporary treatment.so visit a doctor to b on safer side.
