What causes numbness in hands,blurred vision and light headedness?

My 19 year old (who has had asthma and allergies all his life) was dx d with Crohn s a year ago. In the last couple of months he has experienced numbness in his left arm and hand a few times. The last two days he s also had blurred vision in his left eye and light-headedness. Should I ask his doctor to test for MS?

Get examined by a neuro-physician. But before that, have an opinion of eye specialist, as regards to vision. This well help the neuro-physician to conclude.
