What Causes Nose Bleeding?

I m having blurry vision with my contact lenses lately -even with a fresh new pair and frequent rewetting. Note that I do not sleep in my lenses, but wear them an average of 12hrs mon-fri. I have also had morning nosebleeds upon waking in the mornings, usually from one nostril only. Could you please give me a general idea of what could be causing these issues for me?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, common cause of nasal bleeding is picking dried crusts from sensitive area(little's area) of nostril. dried crusts could be dry climate, deviated septum or bleeding disorders. it is not related to ur eye lenses. it also occurs due to hypertension( not mentioned ur age), kindly visit an ent surgeon and rule out by ent examination and some blood tests. all the best.take care.
