Last night i randomly got a really intense blood nose and it had like a huge blood clot in it and after it i felt really light headed. i dont usually get blood noses except occasionally in summer because its hot and i havnt been intaking enough water. i do drink alot of water and its really scaring me because it was so random, and also today at school it happened again and i felt lightheaded afterwards aswell and i went really pale. im most likely over reacting and my friend told me it was either stress or anxiety but i dont feel stressed or anything, please tell me i have nothing to worry about.
Your symptoms could be related to spikes in blood pressure values. For this reason, I recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values and checking thyroid hormone levels. Checking coagulation tests is also necessary. If your blood pressure values are high, further tests may be needed.
