Hi,

The TB test and your symptoms may be unrelated, but it's also possible that the test caused some irritation or inflammation in the area, which could be contributing to your neck pain and difficulty breathing.

TB tests, also known as tuberculin skin tests or Mantoux tests, involve injecting a small amount of fluid called tuberculin under the skin on the forearm. If you have been exposed to the bacteria that causes tuberculosis (TB), your body will produce an immune response, which causes a reaction at the injection site.

It's important to note that a negative TB test result does not necessarily mean that you are not infected with TB. False-negative results can occur, especially in the early stages of infection. If you have been exposed to TB or have symptoms of TB, such as coughing, fever, and weight loss, it's important to see a healthcare provider for further evaluation and testing.

As for your neck pain and difficulty breathing, there are many potential causes of these symptoms, including:
* Muscle strain or injury: Straining your neck muscles or injuring your neck can cause pain and discomfort, as well as difficulty breathing if the injury is severe.
* Respiratory infections: Infections such as bronchitis, or pneumonia can cause difficulty breathing and other respiratory symptoms.
* Allergies: Allergies to airborne particles such as pollen, dust, or pet dander can cause respiratory symptoms and neck pain.
* Acid reflux: Acid reflux can cause pain in the chest and neck, as well as difficulty breathing.
* Other conditions: Other potential causes of neck pain and difficulty breathing include heart conditions, anxiety, and panic attacks.

It's important to see a healthcare provider determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and receive appropriate treatment. Depending on the cause, treatment may include pain medication, physical therapy, antibiotics, or other medications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
