Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might not be due to anxiety.

It can be due to any vertebral problem. So I will advise to go for X-ray of spine to know the spondylosis or spondylitis of cervical and lumbar vertebrae.

Also go for calcium and Vitamin D3 level in blood.

Meanwhile take mild painkiller and avoid pillow for sleeping and do exercise.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
