What Causes Nausea And Tenderness In Breast?

Hi ive been feeling very nauseous lately and tired by boobs get more and more tender everyday and im so tired and always hungry I also had a light bleeding when I wiped one time. Im not suppose to start my period for a few more days. Could I be pregnant? My husband and I have been trying.

Yes mild spotting and breast tenderness are sign of conception...
But most important sign is delayed menstruation

If you have unprotected intercourse history than rule out pregnancy by blood hcg estimation or urine hcg card test...

Blood hcg positive three week after LMP if conception occured

And urine card test positive five week after LMP..
(means 7 day after delayed period)

If hcg positive than USG done for confirmation of pregnancy
