What Causes Nausea And Hot Flashes After Having Food?

Hi, I m 18 years old and recently have been experiencing bad nausea and hot flashes after eating, usually after my first meal of the day, but sometimes all of my meals. I used to be able to eat a lot of food all the time, but now I can barely eat without feeling just awful half way through my meal. The only medicine I m on is Loestrin, which is birth control. I don t know if this could be signs of pregnancy or if it has something to do with my blood sugars or glucose levels, or what. Please let me know. Thank you.
