General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From the symptoms,it seems that you may be having problem in your cervical area which can be due to
cervical spondylitis,
cervical rib,
degenerative changes of the vertebrae,
compression of the spinal column etc.

I would like to advise you to get an x-ray of the cervical spine done along with x-rays of bilateral shoulder joints. an MRI of the cervical area is also advised.

Avoid massaging,
Hot fomentation and physiotherapy would be helpful.

Meanwhile,in order to get relief from your pain you can have some analgesics like tramadol or aceclofenac tablets along with some nerve supplements.
Consult with an orthopedician and a physiotherapist.

Get some rest to your upper limb,
avoid lifting heavy weights.
Take care
