Hi,

As your blood test for pregnancy is negative, that almost rules out the possibility of pregnancy. The symptoms you are having could be part of premenstrual syndrome. In which reproductive hormonal fluctuation during the premenstrual stage can lead to mood fluctuations, constipation, altered food habits, bloating sensation of the abdomen, weakness, thick vaginal mucus, etc.

After stopping the hormonal pill, it may take some time for the regularization of the internal hormonal levels. So, sometimes the onset of withdrawal bleeding may become delayed.

As you are having premenstrual symptoms, possibly you may get periods soon. Till that time if needed you can take symptomatic treatment with supplements of evening primrose oil, vitamin E, laxatives, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
