Hello dear Understand your concern Generally bleeding will occur with in 5-7 days after sing meprate as it cause withdrawal bleeding. But no bleeding after 2 months is abnormal. Following are the other causes:endometrium problem, pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, excessive stress, PCOS, thyroid disorder etc. YoU should consult the gynecologist and get the following investigations: USG: if endometrium thickness is less than 8 mm. it should be builded by giving oral contraceptive pill. Full reproductive hormone profile, thyroid hormone assay, endometrium biopsy, ovarian follicle study. clomiphen citrate should be given to induce ovulation if found problem in ovray.
