What Causes Menstrual Irregularities Postpartum?

I have a baby girl , she is 7month old... After 7month i had periods its very heavy bleeding since last 16days i had an ultrasound yesterday n report was my endometrium is thick1. 0 cm ... I dont know if i am pregnantor have miscarried ?? Please help me out

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you can get beta HCG levels to know if you had recent miscarriage or pregnancy but seems less likely as such thickness can be part of normal monthly cycle and menstruation.
