hai doctor, i have lower hip pain since 5 years ago. i usually masturbate by humping on the bed or pillow,imagining making love with beautiful woman by using pillow and then ejaculate on it. everytime i do it i can feel pain at my lower hip. sometime i felt pain and difficult to stand up after sitting for long time .. i can still walk and run as normal. im not sure whether my back spine is affected. what should i do now? could you please advice. thank u
