thanks, me pregnant for 24 weeks and had problem of lower back pain few weeks ago, on examination by doctor applied stich on womb and advised bed rest. How long i have to ramain on bed, can i start normal activities before delivery please advise and also give precautions
It appears as though there is a risk of premature labour which js why your doctor has chosen cervical cerclage as a treatment option. I would strongly recommend bedrest for as long as possible, and only minimal daily activites as this is in your babys best interest.
Best wishes.
