What Causes Low Iron/bilirubin/blood Pressure?

I have low iron,low bilirubin,low blood pressure and very very thirsty but I am not diabetes .I am feel week and feels like I have GERD but I don't have it and have gas so I feel like I have breathing problems but I am not asthmatic.What is this? (I am very slim).

If you were my patients I would recommend to do the following exams:
- Chest x ray
- Blood work and hormonal balance
- ecg
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
