What Causes Low Grade Fever After Hepatitis-A Vaccination?

My daughter who will be 4 in July had the Hep A vaccine this past Friday, today she has no appetite and seems to be running a low grade fever. She has been fine Saturday and Sunday and for most of this morning. Can it be possible that this is a side effect from the vaccination?

Hi I did review your concern.
Mild fever is a symptom of every vaccine that mounts a good immune response. It is very common. You can take tylenol sos whenever there is fever. usually it lasts for 1 day and if it lasts for more days than i would recommend you to consult a doctor.

I hope this helps.
Wish you all the best.
