What Causes Lot Of Oily Orange Droplets In The Stools?

hi i just went to the bathroom and there was a lot of oilly orange droplets floating on top... i looked up on the internet to see what it is from and it said fish and you could get it from taking this pill called alli and i havent eaten fish or taken that pill what do i do?

Though it can be possible by taking some medications, the common cause is malabsorption syndrome affecting small intestine.

Kindly get a stool microscopy report done with help of prescription from your doctor and consult with the report, please.
