Hi,
In the current scenario, all your symptoms suggest the possibility of a very early pregnancy or a transient hormone disturbance. Urine pregnancy tests should be done 3-7 days after the missed period. As you do not have a missed period as such, a blood test would be the ideal solution to confirm/exclude pregnancy. A trans-vaginal sonogram also may be done to know the status of the pelvic organs. If pregnancy can be excluded thus, a complete hormone profile should be done to plan further management. Hope this helps.
