What Causes Light Headedness, dizziness And Feeling Unbalanced?

Hi, 2 months ago I was having sex with my husband and during sex had the most explosive headache with pain starting at the back of my head then all the head. It was really painful I thought it was a aneurism . The pain lessened slightly after a while but was still there in the morning when I woke up. I saw my G.P that morning who took my blood pressure, this was 175 over 225. I was sent to hospital where they did blood tests, brain scan, heart scan, and lumber puncture, all results came back fine, blood pressure lowered but was still high so I was discharged with high blood pressure tablets. A few days after taking the tablets a got a pain in the right side of head above my ear, this was not a headache but a sharp pin point pain , felt like something was trapped , pumping sensation, G.P thought this was due to the tablets so changed them again to ramapril. Everything seemed fine for a while but the I started to have dizzy spells. 2 weeks ago these dizzy spells turned into daily and lasting longer. I went back to the G.P last Thursday and she changed tablet to a water tablet. In the last 2 days it has become much worst has I am really light headed and dizzy all the time from waking up to going to bed, it is worse when I walk around and I feel unbalanced, it sounds like vertigo but I don`t think it is as since having the massive head pain 2 month s ago everything has happened , and this is not me, I am never ill or have suffered any headaches or migraine ever. My head feels inside like I am at the top of a rollercoaster and about to drop down, that cringing sensation and, buzzy feeling, it also feels a bit shaky or nervous feeling in my head, its hard to explain. Hope you can help, Regards Joanne Mitchell
