What Causes Leg Aches And Lack Of Sleep?

I m 40 years old. I m overall pretty healthy but latley my legs ache all the time and I seem to never get enough sleep. I take a B-12 injection 2 times a month which use to help but seems to not be working anymore. I m on no other meds. I m just exhausted all the time. Any suggestions.....

I hope you have undergone all the relevant blood tests and Physical examination done by a Doctor.
Please post the reports.

The possible causes of your problems are:::
Diabetes.
This is the most important cause and causes the symptoms like you have.

Get the full blood picture done including the glucose, urea, creatinine, liver function tests...

You may need to correct the original Medical problem you are suffering from.
Please discuss about gabapentin with your Doctor , this may help you a lot.
