Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness, pain and numbness etc. You can talk to a psychologist for a cure
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
