Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Yyour symptoms are suggestive of a metabolic disorder. I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Vitamin D and vitamin B12 plasma levels
- Blood electrolytes
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- CK and LDH levels

Further tests may be needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
