What Causes Lack Of Menstruation Despite Medication?

TTC Due to no periods my dr put me on diane 35 for 3 months then after third cycle she started clomid for 5 days then 300 iu fostimon injections for 7 days after that she did scan and 1 follicle of 15 mm was there then she asked to start duphaston from 18th day at 30th day spotting started for 2 days but no periods after that its week past of spotting now what iz wrong with me

Hello

Most probably you have a condition called polycystic ovarian syndrome or some other contributing factors like thyroid abnormalities, etc. But if it were a thyroid abnormality you would be on thyroid controlling medications, Yours seems to be more likely due to polycystic ovaries. Only the medications, change in lifestyle and loss of weight can help you at this juncture.
