What Causes Jittery Feeling Followed By High Pressure And Pulse Rate?

I woke up feeling jittery. And upon taking my pulse and blood pressure, It read 130/105 and pulse is114,then I took it again and it read112/82 p-130 and I feel weak and shaky. T?here is Diabetes on both sides of the family but since my last physical a year ago I was fine.

Hi your meter seems unreliable. It is giving very different readings on two occasions. The symptoms seem to be due to blood pressure, or blood sugar.
Check both in a reliable place--regards
