What Causes Itchy Hands And Feet, Nausea, Diarrhea, Dry Heaving And Dark Urine?
My symptoms started 2 days ago, not sure if its viral, my hands and feet starting itching, upper and lower GI problem, such as nausea and diarrhea, with some dry heaving, my urine has changed color, darker then usual, I have increased my fluid intake with some result in lightening up the color? What is going on?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy hands and feet, nausea, diarrhea, dry heaving and dark urine. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like chronic kidney disease , aortic regurgitation , congestive heart failure , food poisoning , medication reaction or side-effect or allergic reaction . I would suggest you to star in moist environment , keep yourself hydrated , take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl and avoid food like nuts an sea food . Consult gastroenterology for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , endoscopy , ultrasound and take history . Doctor my prescribe nti allergic , anti inflammatory , omeprazol , ornidazole or in some cases doctor may recommend gastric lavage .
