What Causes Itching On The Shoulders, Abdomen, Underarms And Feet?

I noticed this itchiness on my neck and other part of my skin. And my eyes git swollen also once . then after 4 days I feel itchiness again started on the soul of my feet then underarm,shoulders stomach even my lips and tip of my tongue. Was it food allergy?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itching on the shoulders, abdomen, underarms and feet . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , side effects of certain medicine , mononeuropathy , peripheral neuropathy , neuralgia or multiple sclerosis . The symptom like these can also occur due to fungal infection or hormonal imbalance . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment . Doctor may order blood test , skin patch test along with taking history . Doctor may prescribe anti fungal , immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment . For now apply cold compresses and take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl twice .
