What Causes Itchiness In Vagina After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hello...i had an unprotected sex with a guy about an year back..i had oral sex too with him...and now i am afraid that whether i am suffring frm some disease like Aids..I read on internets about hiv and aids..I hav no symptoms like that...i jusr feel little weakness n itching in my vaginal areas..and one more thing now i hav come 2 know that he is sexually active man.

Unprotected sex is always a risky affair as far as STD's are concerned.
Vaginal itching is most likely to be due to candidal/yeast infection which is not synonymous with HIV and can occur otherwise as well.
Most likely the candidal infection it is unrelated to your previous sexual contact. However, it would be wise decision to take up a blood test for HIV to rule out the possibility of infection because you are unsure about the sexual status of your sexual partner.
If I was the treating doctor I would have advised you to use an OTC antifungal e.g clotrimazole vaginal tablet once daily for 7 days.
A single dose of an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole is also curative.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment.
