hii in 2006 after urinating a white fluid came out from my penis &i noticed on the had of my penis had rough dry lines &i started having irritation at my penis a friend of my mine told me that these are the signs of hiv so i went to a lab and asked for an hiv test a rapid tri dot test &western blot test both came back negative the lab technitian told me to repeat the test after six months which i had not done instead i went for the test in nov 2012 again a rapid tri dot test & a western blot test both came back negativevin between those six years i had several unprotected encounters ..after nov 2012 am only sexually active with my wife ..in december 2013 i went to a physician to enquired about my irritation of testis when he physically examined he asked me do i had sex with someone six months back i didnt say anything & again got tested on 31 december 2013 a rapid tri dot & elisa both came back negative ..& now i noticed a new problem theres a bulgy leison at the edge of my anus after few days i squeezed that something black came out & i noticed inside the rectum the veins are swollen & very itchy ..can u plzz tell me that i have hiv or not if not then whats the cause of irration of my penis which still petsists now &about the anal itching plzz help
