Hello my wife s periods are not normal... she had her last period after more than 2 months and before that she used to miss her periods for a week or 2... its been a year and 4 months since our marriage and we are desperately trying to conceive... earlier she had an issue for which reason we couldn t do intercourse properly... as in, it didn t go inside properly for which doctor suggested to operate which she called phantom repair (i hope im telling u the correct name of the operation) she admitted her early morning and discharged her at night after that we used to do intercourse properly after a month s break, but its been more than 6 months now after the operation but still she cant conceive... ive had my test too and my tests were all normal.... now in the last visit to her doctor she suggested to take 2 lezra 2.5 mg tablets at once from 3rd day of periods for 5 days but i was afraid to give her 2 tablets at once for 5 days and i noticed that lezra is not easily available in market which makes me think if is there anything wrong with the tablet??? also before she had her period after abt 2 months i was not sure if she should take these tablets or not because of the long gap in periods so i didnt gave it to her... now can u suggest what should we do for her periods to be normal and if taking 2 tablets of lezra is suggested or not...or should we 1st concentrate on her periods to get normal and 1 last thing that she has PCOs and she takes 2 tablets of metformin daily
