What Causes Irregular Period After Having Unprotected Sex?

I haven t had a period since 2011 due to birth control and birth of baby in 2013. . Then I became sexually active again with my ex unprotected 2 month ago.. now I skipped a month of menstruation. Now I got it on the 1st and now the 14th.. it is more heavy than ever with a lot of lining. . Is there something wrong?

Hi,

If I was assigned to treat you, I will suggest:
- Lab work needed - beta hcg and sonography ESR, afetoprotein, LFT, RFT, CBC. First two must be done, these will tell how to approach a perfect diagnosis

Generalized things that can be followed:
* Diet should be fruits, vegetables, salads [iron, folic, vitamins or more]
* Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking or pollution area
* Do some sukshm vyaam brings physiology of body to natural state without even drugs sometimes [like art of living sahaj samadhi course] it will take away regret of past or psychological connection of these things.
These tests need to be done for pharmacological intervention.
