Hi,

There are many possible causes of irregular menstrual bleeding, stomach cramps, and bloating. Some of the common causes include:
* Hormonal imbalances: Fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone levels can cause irregular bleeding and cramping.
* Stress: Emotional stress or physical stress can affect the menstrual cycle and cause irregular bleeding.
* Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS): This condition is caused by hormonal imbalances and can cause irregular periods, as well as other symptoms such as acne, weight gain, and excess hair growth.

* Uterine fibroids: These are noncancerous growths in the uterus that can cause heavy bleeding, pain, and pressure.
* Infections: Infections of the reproductive system can cause irregular bleeding and cramping, as well as other symptoms such as fever, pain during sex, and vaginal discharge.

It is important to see a healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and to receive appropriate treatment. Your provider may recommend further testing or a physical exam to help determine the cause of your irregular bleeding, cramping, and bloating.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
