General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Slightly menstrual irregularities including intermenstrual bleeding can happen with birth control pills.

It is due to hormonal changes and will settle by itself. Nothing much to worry and no definite treatment is required either.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
