What Causes Inter Menstrual Bleeding?

I am experiencing irregular bleeding after intercourse, between period. I m quite sure I m not pregnant, since I use condoms and on birth control pills. I have been lightly bleeding for a week now and I want to know if I should be concern about it. I m 18 years old. 5 4 ft 125 lbs and exercise quite often.

Bleeding in between periods is generally not seen. However as you mentioned that it occurs after intercourse there might be injury during intercourse which is responsible for minor bleeding. You should consult gynecologist to get examined whether it is due to physical injury or other pathology related to uterus.
