Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After usage of hormonal pill sometime period can be slightly irregular. 3-4 days variation in period can be expected but if irregularity in period is more, then cause needs to be ruled out by taking careful history and examination.

Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cause, endometriosis, stress, diabetes, hypothyroidism, etcetera should be ruled out.

Consult a gynecologist for an examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
