What Causes Intense Pain In Lower Back, Hip And Knee?

I'm not sure if this is considered "general" but I'll ask anyways. I have intense pain that will either start in my lower left back or left side of my hip depending on how I'm standing or laying. The pain, if it starts in my lower left back will shoot down my buttocks and through my thigh ending on the side of my knee. If it starts in my hip it'll continue straight down my leg and end on the side of my knee again. I have no idea what it could possibly be. My background info is this: I'm 17 years old, I live in Missouri and I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I worked at KMart for about 6 months from 12/09-6/10 and was frequently moving and kneeling. Now I work at JPMorgan Chase at a call center where I sit in a chair for 11 hours straight. I come home with this aching pain in my lef which prevents me from being able to stand at times and at night it takes me hours to fall asleep. Last night I put a pillow under my back and it seemed to relieve the pain enough to fall asleep. My fiance thinks I have a herniated disk.
