What Causes Indigestion And Discomfort In The Esophagus?

My BP has been around 134/94-99. I have felt like I have indigestion in the middle of my esophagus, and just uncomfortable, like I am bloated. I took some tums and I did get some relief, but it was brief. I have not felt myself lately and feel like I am struggling to breath sometimes. Not trying to make too much out of it. Should I be concerned or just try to increase my exercise and get that bottom number down?

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light diet with avoidance of oily , spicy , non veg stuffs .
- Diet should be totally salt restricted at present till the diastolic BP
gets under control .

- Keep your blood sugar , cholesterol , weight under control .
- Consume proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole on regular basis on
empty stomach .
- Regular walking in fresh air , exercises , YOGA will support a lot .
- Avoid stress , anxiety with meditations .
- Regular sound sleep of 7 - 8 hours is mandatory .
