What Causes Indentations On The Temples?

I have just noticed indentation in both sides of my head where my temples are. It s very noticeable and I don t know why it s suddenly happened. I have a bad cold at the moment with headache and sinus pain, is this all connected?? I have had the cold for about 4 days now. Thank you.

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be sign of fat pads resorption. You need to keep an eye on your weight in the coming weeks and keep a record of that. Complete blood counts and ESR needs to be evaluated. Supplements may be needed however general physical examination by your primary care physician.
