Hello and I hope I can answer your question.

Pulmonary hypertension can be one of the deadliest cardiac diseases during pregnancy. You are at risk of going into heart failure and even death. Please go to a hospital as soon as you can to be evaluated. You should also consult with a high risk pregnancy doctor and hopefully plan to deliver in a major medical center. Some women with your condition need to be in a critical care unit during their pregnancies.

So I advise you to go to the hospital as soon as you can so they can evaluate your heart and lungs.

I wish you the best of luck with your health and your pregnancy.

Sincerely, Dr. Brown
