What Causes Inability To Walk Straight?

While walking, I tend to lurch to the left or right I can correct each movement, but that causes me to move in the opposite direction. The sensation varies in affect. When sitting, the problem does not show. I am 76 years of age and a type 2 diabetes.

Hello,

Most probably it is due to neuropathic weakness of your arising out of uncontrolled diabetes. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
