I ve been getting hot flashes having some nausea with it but no vomiting. These episodes will come and go throughout the day. During an episode I will feel weak and feel as if I m going to pass out. They usually only last a few minutes. Sometimes they are followed by cold spells. I do have hypothyroidism but my levels are normal, I m not diabetic, all blood work is normal, and my doctor told me I am too young for any premenopausal symptoms. I also get headaches frequently and my eye has been twitching for over a month now.
