What Causes Hoarseness Of Voice, ear Pain And Headache?

Hi, I keep loosing my voice since a few months and I have a hoarse voice very often. I am also extremely tired but I really sleep a lot. I am teaching, so I need my voice and energy! I do not know if it s all related but I also often feel my neck stiff, headaches, I have sometime light ear pain (or pressure)... I am in Congo and its difficult to find a good doctor here and everyone avoid medical interventions because things are not reliable. Should I worry and try to see a DR or ORL or could I wait until June when I will be in a place with reliable DR? Advice would be very welcome

HI. A teaching profession with voice problem itself it diagnostic of your problem. With the God's grace you might be suffering from vocal cord nodule which are common in Teachers, singers or those who use their voice at a higher pitch. But to rule out cancer you need to find ORL (ENT ) Doctor to undergo visualization of vocal cords to confirm the exact condition and not to make it late.
This an urgent thing to do.
