What Causes High Temperature With Neck Pain That Reduces With Paracetamol And Recurs?
My husband has a high temperature and sometimes he appears to have neck pains, however when he takes paracetomol, he seems to heal, but when the paracetomol dissolves out of his body the pain and the temperature returns. Please tell me this condition, and what it is. And it's treatment. Thank You!

From history it seems that due to having high temperature he gets neck pain, headache and generalized malaise.
most probably it might be viral fever.
You have not mentioned other symptoms along with fever so it is difficult to give other possibilities of nature of fever.
Continue with paracetamol for 2-3 days and if temperature persisted then go for blood etc check up.
Give light diet.
Give plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
