Hi,
High bp in young has certain causes. Protein shake is definitely not one of them. You need to be evaluated for the causes so that definitive treatment could be done.
Causes include
1) Hyperthyroidism - test to be done - Thyroid function test
2) Kidney & renal artery abnormalities - tests to be done - KFT, renal Doppler
3) Pheochromocytoma - test - 24hr urinary VMA & catecholamine

Hope you get well soon.
Thanks
