Hello dear
I understand your concern
In hernia bulging of an organ or tissue through an abnormal opening mainly from inguinal canal.
I would suggest to consult general surgeon for better evaluation.

Following are cause of hernia:
Increased pressure within the abdomen,
A pre-existing weak spot in the abdominal wall,
A combination of increased pressure within the abdomen and a pre-existing
Straining during bowel movements or urination,
Strenuous activity, Chronic coughing or sneezing.

Treatment will be decided by after complete evaluation.
Following are complication occur in future if left untreated:
Pressure on surrounding tissues, pain, swelling
Incarcerated hernia. If the contents of the hernia become trapped
Strangulation
So if you feel pain and discomfort in future immediate consult general surgeon.
Make sure that you have no any constipation, increase pressure during urination, cough and sneezing.
Hope this may help you
