I You had a prolonged bleeding for 5 months with profuse bleeding at times & moderate bleeding otherwise. such prolonged & profuse bleeding must have caused iron deficiency anemia & tachycardia. It can be due to hormonal imbalance/ psychological stress/ thyroid problem/ endometrial or cervical polyp/ rarely malignancy.. which needs to be excluded. Though you don t have insurance, you need to get a through check up to find cause of your bleeding, get proper treatment under a gynecologist s care to control the bleeding & try to improve your anemia my iron rich diet & medication suggested by doctor.. oral medication/ injectables/ IV blood transfusion depending on severity of anemia. This has to be supplemented by high protein, vitamin & iron rich diet. diet You can take advantage of free government services if needful , but must get properly treated. Thanks.
