What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Blood Clots During Periods?
My period was a couple days late. I have pregnancy symptoms, but started today. My period is thick and dark red with blood clots. I don t really have any symptoms of having a period, just concerned cause its a lot of blood when I go to the bathroom.

You can consult a gynecologist and get a beta-hCG and an ultrasound scan to rule out possible missed abortion. As of now drink plenty of water and you can take drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding.
