What Causes Heart Palpitations With Dizziness?

Hello I'm 47 years old and I've been on a weight loss regimen for a year, I lost 60lbs from my highest weight of 300lbs. I've been walking on a daily basis for an 1 1/2 daily. I have just been cutting back on my food intake less bread and sugar foods. I do drink a veggie and fruit smoothie every morning. I'm eating much healthier. I feel like I am taking care of myself more. My problem is that I have been experiencing dizziness and almost on a daily basis light headed. And I also feel heart palpitations. It scares me.

Hi
dear get your blood pressure, serum sodium and potassium levels monitored , all of them are responsible for maintaing bp to normal,
stop dieting take regular food , eat high salt food and drink plenty of water, keep a record of you blood pressure every 2 nd day for 10 days if not relieved
2d echo test would be done to rule out cardiac ejection fraction
thanks
however you case is electrolyte disbalance
